Whisnu stated that the suspects were not arrested because they were deemed cooperative, except for suspects AA and LSH, who are still being pursued by the police. “Currently, the investigators are fulfilling the P-19 from the public prosecutor (JPU),” said Whisnu.
He mentioned that a total of 13 police reports have been filed regarding the case. The estimated losses amount to Rp 700 billion. However, according to the calculation method of the Public Accountant Office (KAP), the losses are estimated at Rp 326 billion.”With verified results regarding real victims (members) who suffered losses amounting to Rp 326,679,954,135,” he explained.
Furthermore, Whisnu stated that the investigators have seized pieces of evidence and a sum of illicit money amounting to Rp 2 trillion.”The enforcement efforts, such as seizures conducted by the investigators, both pieces of evidence and illicit money, have yielded results of approximately Rp 2 trillion located in Jakarta, Bali, Surabaya, Batam, Riau, Bandung,” he concluded.
However, Whisnu has not detailed the pieces of evidence that have been seized. Nevertheless, he mentioned that they are still tracing other assets.
